Description:This project simplifies Contact creation and maintenance by updating the foundational logic and structure of Contact Manager.

Contact Manager Updates

Admin Panel

Custom Fields

The Phone, Fax, and Email settings were replaced by Additional Information fields.

The settings for Phone, Fax, and Email are now hard coded into the Contacts section.

General Settings

A Billto setting was added. This setting lets you decide to make the Billto Association mandatory or not.

With the setting activated, the associated Billto accounts appear.

Correspondence and Audit Log Removed

The Correspondence and Audit Log options on the left hand side of the window have been removed. The options available now are Contacts and Groups.

DNAV Online (Decor 24) Updates

The ability to Manage Contacts has been removed from the following parts of Decor 24.

User Settings - D24 1

The Contact Admin setting was removed from Screen 1 of the User Settings (D24 1>Update Mode).

Presentation Settings

The Manage Contacts option has been removed from screen CNT_SCN_01 of the DNAV Presentation Settings (D24 3).

DNAV Online Web App

The Manage Contacts option has been removed from the Profile menu.

DNAV User ID Request window Updated

The User ID Request window, accessed by clicking Register for an Account on the initial login screen, has been updated to include Phone/Fax/Email settings.

The display of the Additional Fileds is controlled via the Control Panel.

These fields are only included when the Decor 24 Global Settings for Contact Manager, found on ScreenCnt1, are activated.

My Profile and Manage D24 Accounts

These features have been updated to include the updates made in Contact Manager.

These features are accessed by click your user name.

If your user name is associated with a Contact Manager account, done via the DNav Online User setting in the Phone/Email/Fax section of Contact Manager, the information contained in Contact Manager is displayed.

Navigator File Management - DNAV-Online Account Request

The option Send Email has been added when creating or updating an account.

This setting allows you to limit the emails that are distributed when a new account is set-up.
